The Holy Spirit "...you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38 NIV) The dove represents the Holy Spirit as described at Jesus' baptism (Luke 3:22) The seven leaves on the oak cluster depict the 7 gifts the Spirit gives in Isaiah 11. "Seven" is also the perfect, or Divine number.
